Souffi Obituaries is a space to honour the lives of South Africans from all walks of life - not just the well-known but the well-loved. Users may submit obituary notices, tributes and memorials to remember loved ones.

You must be at least 18 years old to post content. By using this site, you confirm that you have the right to publish the obituary or tribute and that it is truthful and respectful.

3. Content Guidelines

• No hateful, defamatory, false or offensive content is permitted.
• All posts should be respectful, accurate and in honour of the deceased.
• Souffi reserves the right to edit or remove content that violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All submitted content remains the property of the user but grants Souffi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify and archive the content for memorial purposes.

5. Privacy

6. Services and Fees

Basic obituary postings are free unless otherwise stated. Optional services (for example, highlighted listings, photo galleries or live stream announcements) may incur a fee. All prices will be clearly listed.

While we do our best to ensure accurate information, Souffi is not responsible for the content submitted by users. All views expressed belong to the individual submitters.

8. Changes to Terms

Souffi may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
